2023 Harvest

We just got through yet another harvest. It was successful and busy and fun and we had a great crop this year. Last year was different. With very little moisture, a lot of farmers in the area struggled. We were happy to see things turn around this year and I learned to appreciate the snow in the winter and what it does to carry you through into spring.

This year, River hit a couple big milestones with harvest. At only 7 years old he started to drive the combine and he couldn’t have been happier. He also set a record of being out harvesting for 17 hours. He is truly learning what it means to work hard and see the end result of your hard work.
